About Me
Dr. Dharmendra Pandey is an experienced educator and strategic thinker with over 20 years of professional experience in higher education leadership, teaching, academic administration, applied research, consulting, quality assurance and alumni relations. He has worked with prestigious brands and institutions and contributed significantly to their overall growth through influential leadership roles and team management skills.
Dr. Pandey holds an MBA, M.Phil., and Ph.D. degree, and he is also a gold medalist. He earned his Ph.D. in Digital Marketing, where he researched consumer attitudes towards internet advertising. He has previously published research in prestigious journals and presented at over 40 national and international conferences.
He has been instrumental in leading key functions of HEI, such as the university-industry interface, alumni relations, and IQAC. Dr. Pandey has also been a guest speaker at the PHD Chamber of Commerce, C.I.I., LMA, and other organizations. He is a life member of the Association of Socio-Economic Development Studies (ASEDS) at BBAU Central University.
As the Department Head of Quality Assurance - Quality Management and Benchmarking (QMB) at Symbiosis International University (SIU) in Pune, India, Dr. Pandey is responsible for the quality improvement functions and processes of SIU and its institutes across India.
